This partnership, expanding since 2022, focuses on cloud computing, security, collaboration, and AI capabilities, with successful large-scale cloud migrations already completed. Set to begin in June 2025, the agreement will consolidate the licensing requirements of all Fresenius segments under one contract, incorporating essential tools such as Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Power BI. This streamlined approach is designed to simplify daily office operations while bolstering security for Fresenius employees across the globe.
