Equinor Announces USD 0.70 Total Dividend for Third Quarter 2024

(IN BRIEF) Equinor ASA has declared a total dividend of USD 0.70 per share for the third quarter of 2024, consisting of an ordinary and an extraordinary cash dividend of USD 0.35 each. The corresponding NOK value is NOK 7.8274 per share, determined by the average USDNOK rate set by Norges Bank. Dividends will be paid on February 28, 2025, to shareholders on both the Oslo Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange.

(PRESS RELEASE) STAVANGER, 20-Feb-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Equinor ASA revealed on October 24, 2024, its decision to distribute both an ordinary and an extraordinary cash dividend of USD 0.35 per share each for the third quarter of 2024. This brings the total cash dividend to USD 0.70 per share.

For Norwegian shareholders, the NOK equivalent of this dividend is determined based on the average USDNOK fixing rate from Norges Bank within a window of three business days before and after the record date, which is set for February 14, 2025. During this period, the average fixing rate was recorded at 11.1820. As a result, the total dividend per share for the third quarter will amount to NOK 7.8274.

Equinor further confirmed that the dividends will be paid out on February 28, 2025, to shareholders listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange as well as to holders of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) on the New York Stock Exchange.
