The nomination reflects the Board’s confidence that Weber’s robust financial acumen and extensive international management experience will greatly benefit the nine-member supervisory body of the Emmi Group.

At the upcoming General Meeting, shareholders will be asked to elect Weber to the Board of Directors. With a strong background in finance, she has served as the CFO of the Bucherer Group in Lucerne since 2020 and brings a wealth of international management expertise. Her career spans two decades at the Novartis Group, where she held various financial and management positions across Europe, Asia, and Switzerland.

Weber’s portfolio also includes a decade of board service for internationally listed companies, such as New Work SE in Germany and GN Store Nord S/A in Denmark, where she holds the position of Audit Committee Chair. She earned her master’s degree in economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and has further honed her leadership skills through executive programs at prestigious universities in the United States.
