The acquisition will strengthen Crédit Coopératif’s digital offerings and expand its services for small and medium-sized associations. This move is aligned with Crédit Coopératif’s goal to achieve a 6% market share in newly created associations by 2030, while further developing its services for large SSE organizations.

(PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 23-May-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — As part of its 2030 strategic plan “100% committed,” Crédit Coopératif is continuing its growth strategy by entering into exclusive discussions with Orange Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Orange Group, to acquire Anytime, a fintech specializing in services for associations.
