The analysis was conducted using an independent methodology that examined several key factors including platform security, regulatory supervision, access to markets, product offerings, customer service quality, and fee structures.

In the first edition of the awards, BBVA was distinguished as the most secure broker and was also recognised for offering the best customer service among the evaluated platforms. The bank was further shortlisted as one of the three leading brokers in Spain in the categories of best overall broker and best broker for investment funds.

Aitor Odriozola, who oversees Retail Securities within BBVA’s Corporate and Investment Banking division, highlighted the importance of this recognition in an increasingly competitive investment environment.
