School Leaver’s Award Recognizes Bentley As Best Employer in Automotive Sector

• Bentley named Best Employer in the Automotive Sector
• Four awards secured in total, ranking 2^nd Best Employer for School Leavers in the UK

CREWE, 12-Jun-2017 — /EuropaWire/ — Bentley Motors has been recognised as a top employer for young people at the School Leavers’ Awards, as voted for by apprentices.

Bentley’s apprenticeship programme collected four awards in total, resulting in a 2^nd overall national ranking of best employers for school leavers, and the highest position in the automotive industry.

Bentley was awarded top honours for Job Satisfaction, Medium-Sized School-Leaver Intake, Best Advanced Apprenticeship and Top Employer – Automotive, while also receiving commendations in the Higher Apprenticeship and Company Culture categories.

The awards are centred on feedback given by apprentices, including those on programme at Bentley, from 100 UK organisations, completing surveys based on skills development, career progression and training, and company culture.
