AF Gruppen signs with Haslemann AS for the housing project “Krydderhagen” at Hasle in Oslo

OSLO, 18-Nov-2016 — /EuropaWire/ — AF Gruppen has signed an agreement with Haslemann AS for the fourth construction phase of the housing project “Krydderhagen” at Hasle in Oslo. The residential development company Haslemann AS is owned 50/50 by AF Gruppen and Höegh Eiendom AS.

Krydderhagen is the residential section of HasleLinje, which is a new business and residential area at Hasle in Oslo. In all, 7-800 homes will be built at HasleLinje, of which about 550 are developed by AF Gruppen and Höegh Eiendom AS together.

The fourth phase involves the construction of 102 apartments in two buildings with a joint basement below as well as an 840 square meter kindergarten in one of the buildings. This phase is planned as a turnkey contract and will have an estimated value of NOK 208 million excluding VAT. The planning phase is underway and the work will commence in January. The project is expected to be completed in Q3 2018.
