RTL Group to pay gross extraordinary interim dividend of €2.50 per share

Luxembourg, 26-8-2013 — /EuropaWire/ — As RTL Group already announced on 22 August 2013, the Group’s Board of Directors decided at its meeting of 21 August 2013 to pay a gross extraordinary interim dividend of €2.50 per share.

The extraordinary interim dividend will be payable from 5 September 2013¹ on presentation of coupon N° 20, at the following banks:

• in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg: BIL, Banque Internationale à Luxembourg SA
• in Belgium: Belfius Banque SA
• in Germany: Deutsche Bank AG
