(PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 19-Jan-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — InfraVia has announced the appointment of Laëtitia Archambault as Asset Management Director within its real estate team, reinforcing its asset management expertise at a key moment of expansion following the recent merger with OREIMA. The appointment reflects InfraVia’s strategic focus on strengthening its real estate platform as it accelerates growth and deepens its investment and asset management capabilities.

Laëtitia Archambault joins a 14-member real estate team led by Brigitte Sagnes-Dupont, founder of OREIMA and now Partner at InfraVia. In her new role, she will contribute to the continued development of InfraVia’s real estate asset management activities, drawing on more than two decades of experience with leading international real estate investment managers across core, core plus, and value-added strategies.

Her professional background includes senior roles at DTZ Investors, followed by positions at PIMCO Prime Real Estate, where she oversaw a €9 billion office, retail, and residential portfolio across France and the Netherlands on behalf of the Allianz Group. More recently, she was responsible for asset management of AEW’s French multi-asset portfolio, managing €18 billion in assets for institutional investors and retail funds.

The appointment follows InfraVia’s merger with OREIMA, which brought full integration of the real estate strategy and enabled the combined team to concentrate on its core activities of investment and asset management. This structural evolution is designed to support performance delivery across the portfolio while positioning the platform for sustained growth in the European real estate market.

Laëtitia Archambault is a graduate of Centrale Marseille and ESCP-EAP, combining technical expertise with strategic asset management leadership. Her arrival further enhances InfraVia’s ability to drive value creation across its real estate investments under the expanded InfraVia–OREIMA platform.
