(IN BRIEF) Digi Communications N.V. announced that its Spanish subsidiary, Digi Spain Telecom S.L.U., together with an Aberdeen Group plc investment vehicle, has completed the fourth and final funding round for the rollout of a fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network in Andalusia, Spain. The project, initially agreed on 21 March 2023, will cover 2.5 million homes and represents a total investment of €300 million, shared equally between Digi Spain and the investor, with additional bank financing. (“DIGI”), one of the leading European telecommunications companies, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, would like to inform the market that on 1 October 2025, Digi Spain Telecom S.L.U., the Company’s subsidiary in Spain (“Digi Spain”) and the investment vehicle part of the Aberdeen Group plc (the “Investor”) have completed the fourth investment round for the roll out of a FTTH network covering 2,500,000 homes passed in Andalusia, Spain (the “Network”), which is part of the transaction concluded on 21 March 2023.

Consequently, the entire investment in the Network in amount of EUR 300,000,000 has been finalized, being committed in substantially equal parts by Digi Spain and the Investor and also involving bank financing.
