Georgina brings over 15 years of experience serving landed estates, farms, and charitable landholders in Yorkshire, with specialties in landlord-tenant relations, valuation, rural planning, and succession advice. Raised on a family farm near Wetherby, she adds practical agricultural insight. Georgina will leverage Savills’ resources to expand client services, while also contributing as Chair of the Tockwith & District Agricultural Society, Secretary of East Riding of Yorkshire Agricultural Valuers, and CAAV examiner. A chartered surveyor accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV), Georgina joins the York office as part of Savills’ strategic effort to bolster its rural professional services across Northern England.

With more than 15 years of hands-on experience advising landed estates, farm enterprises, and charitable landholders throughout Yorkshire, Georgina brings deep expertise in rural landlord-tenant issues, property valuation, land-use planning, and succession strategy. Raised on her family’s farm near Wetherby, she also contributes invaluable firsthand insight into the agricultural sector.

Outside of her consultancy work, Georgina serves as Director and Chair of the Tockwith & District Agricultural Society Limited, overseeing its annual August show. She also acts as Secretary for the East Riding of Yorkshire Agricultural Valuers and works as an examiner for the CAAV.
