The initiative, spearheaded by industry experts Tim Bretten and Anne Brom, enhances Savills’ ability to manage 41,000 residential units across key markets in Europe—including the UK, Ireland, Spain, The Netherlands, Germany, Italy, and Sweden—as well as in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Egypt, and Bahrain.
