VOTER is test software which tests VoIP in ATM: Voice Communication Systems (VCS), Ground Radio Stations (GRS) and Voice Recorders (REC), all products developed according to EUROCAE’s Interoperability Standards for VoIP ATM components (ED137B). VOTER is also capable of carrying out timed performance measurements between ATM components across IP networks.
