(PRESS RELEASE) ALPHEN AAN DEN RIJN, 23-Jun-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Wolters Kluwer has appointed Kumiko Minowa as Head of Asia Pacific and Japan for CCH Tagetik, expanding her leadership responsibilities across the region.

Based in Singapore, Minowa will lead regional strategy and execution for CCH Tagetik, building on the company’s progress in Japan while supporting further growth across Asia Pacific. Her remit will cover ASEAN, India, Greater China, Australia and New Zealand, the Middle East and South Korea.

Minowa previously served as Japan Managing Director for CCH Tagetik. In that role, she helped expand adoption of the company’s Enterprise Performance Management solutions among global enterprises and strengthened relationships with customers and partners. Wolters Kluwer said the Japan business recorded sustained growth during her tenure, alongside deeper engagement with organisations responding to changing regulatory and performance-management requirements.

Atul Dubey, Executive Vice President and General Manager of CCH Tagetik, said Minowa had built strong customer and partner relationships while successfully scaling the business in Japan. He said her understanding of regional market conditions would support the next phase of CCH Tagetik’s growth across Asia Pacific.

In her expanded role, Minowa will work with finance teams seeking to improve performance management, operational efficiency and business visibility across planning, financial close, consolidation, ESG and regulatory processes.

The role will also involve supporting the use of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence capabilities within finance operations, while helping regional teams align CCH Tagetik’s global strategy with local market execution.

Minowa said organisations across Asia Pacific are navigating significant change and require resilient management foundations to support sustainable growth. She said she plans to work closely with regional teams, customers and partners to help address these priorities.

CCH Tagetik is Wolters Kluwer’s unified finance platform, providing AI-powered capabilities across group performance management, business planning, financial close and consolidation, ESG, tax and regulatory compliance.

The platform is designed to help finance and corporate performance-management leaders work with trusted data, governed processes and advanced analytics as they manage increasingly complex reporting and planning requirements.

The appointment reflects Wolters Kluwer’s continued focus on expanding CCH Tagetik’s regional presence and supporting finance functions as they adopt more integrated, data-driven and AI-enabled management tools.
