Volkswagen Group, Attestor Limited and Pon Holdings B.V. published an update on the Europcar acquisition

(PRESS RELEASE) WOLFSBURG/ LONDON/ AMSTERDAM, 25-Nov-2021 — /EuropaWire/ — Bidder consortium that includes Volkswagen Group, Attestor Limited and Pon Holdings B.V. has published further information on the takeover offer for Europcar (Europcar Mobility Group), a French car rental company.

Following the approval of the takeover offer of Green Mobility Holding S.A. for the shares of Europcar Mobility Group by the French financial market regulator Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), the bidder consortium of Volkswagen Group, Attestor Limited and Pon Holdings B.V. has published further information on the takeover offer in accordance with French regulations.
