VINCI Wins Long-Term Greater London Infrastructure Contracts Covering Roads, Lighting and Drainage

(IN BRIEF) VINCI, through FM Conway, has secured three long-term road infrastructure and maintenance contracts in the London boroughs of Westminster and Bromley, with a combined annual value of nearly €70 million. The Westminster contract is worth about £52 million per year and covers a broad range of public infrastructure services, including road maintenance, pedestrian crossings, lighting, drainage, bridges and structures. Two additional Bromley contracts, worth approximately £7 million annually in total, cover road maintenance and planned and emergency works. The agreements reinforce VINCI Construction’s UK presence following its acquisition of FM Conway in early 2025.

(PRESS RELEASE) NANTERRE, 6-Jul-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — VINCI has won several multi-year road services contracts in Greater London through FM Conway, its UK-based construction subsidiary, with a combined annual value of nearly €70 million.

Westminster City Council has appointed FM Conway to provide a comprehensive infrastructure services programme covering public road assets across the borough. The work includes the design, construction, inspection and maintenance of road surfaces, pedestrian crossings, street lighting, drainage systems, bridges and other structures.

The Westminster agreement has an initial term of eight and a half years and is valued at £52 million annually, equivalent to around €60 million per year. It includes an option to extend the contract by a further four years.

In Bromley, FM Conway has also been awarded two road services contracts covering routine maintenance, planned works and emergency interventions on the local road network.

Together, the Bromley contracts have an annual value of approximately £7 million, or around €8 million, and will initially run for six years. The borough has the option to extend the agreements for an additional four years.

The awards further strengthen VINCI Construction’s presence in the Greater London infrastructure market. FM Conway joined VINCI Construction in early 2025, adding local delivery capabilities, roadworks expertise and opportunities for operational collaboration in south-east England.
