Viessmann to acquire a minority stake in an IoT startup focused on the HVAC market (heating, cooling, ventilation) based in Slovenia

(PRESS RELEASE) ALLENDORF (EDER), 1-Dec-2022 — /EuropaWire/ — Viessmann Deutschland GmbH, a German leading manufacturer of high-efficiency heating and renewable energy systems, has announced the purchase of a minority stake in Nomnio d.o.o., an IoT startup focused on the HVAC market (heating, cooling, ventilation) based in Maribor, Slovenia. The startup employs some 20 engineers and will continue to be led by founders Matej Hertiš, Gregor Srdić and Martin Potočnik.
