(PRESS RELEASE) AMSTERDAM, 10-Jul-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Vesteda has successfully issued its fourth green bond, raising €500 million through a four-year bond with a coupon of 3.75%.

The bond is expected to receive an A rating from Fitch Ratings. The transaction attracted exceptionally strong investor demand, with the final order book more than 13 times larger than the issue size.

More than 200 investors participated in the offering, resulting in a final order book of approximately €7 billion. Vesteda said the strong response followed several key developments, including the amended liquidity mechanism and redemption amount, Fitch Ratings’ confirmation of Vesteda’s expected A- corporate rating, positive rating action by S&P Global, and a series of well-attended investor roadshows.

Frits Vervoort, Chief Financial Officer of Vesteda, said the transaction reflects strong confidence in the company and its long-term financial position.

“We are delighted with the outstanding level of investor interest in this transaction,” said Vervoort. “This strong demand represents a clear vote of confidence in Vesteda, reflecting investors’ trust in our high-quality portfolio, prudent financial management, long-term strategy and financial resilience.”

The proceeds from the green bond will be used to finance and refinance highly energy-efficient homes. Eligible assets include EPC A-rated homes, homes with substantial energy performance improvements, and newly built homes that exceed Nearly Zero-Energy Building standards.

Vesteda will report on the allocation of the proceeds and on the related energy savings and greenhouse gas emission reductions linked to the financed and refinanced assets.

Alongside the green bond issue, Vesteda announced a tender offer for its May 2027 bond, targeting a repurchase amount of €150 million. The tender offer forms part of the company’s proactive liability management activities and is designed to provide enhanced liquidity to existing bondholders.

Participating bondholders received preferential allocation in the new bond issue, which contributed to the strong demand and successful placement of the transaction.

ABN AMRO, BNP Paribas, ING, Rabobank and SMBC acted as Joint Bookrunners. The bond will be listed on Euronext Dublin’s Global Exchange Market.
