Uwe Hihn became CEO for both companies Altran Germany and IndustrieHansa

17-5-2013 — /europawire.eu/ — Uwe Hihn (43) has been appointed Chief Executive Officer for both companies Altran Germany and IndustrieHansa. He is member of the Group’s management committee and reports directly to Michael Blickle, Group Executive Vice-President for Northern Europe.

In his capacity as CEO, Uwe Hihn will notably be responsible for steering the Group’s expansion in Germany, which is currently Altran’s second largest market after France.

Uwe Hihn, who graduated from the University of Ludwig-Maximilian in Munich, began his career as a Financial Controller at IndustrieHansa in 1995, and was later appointed global head of controlling, before being appointed Managing Director of the company in 2003.

Uwe Hihn joined Altran in 2013 at the time of the acquisition of IndustrieHansa. Altran and IndustrieHansa will remain two separate entities throughout 2013.
