United Initiators Acquisition Marks Third Industrial Tech Deal This Year for Triton Partners

United Initiators is a German specialty chemicals manufacturer focused on active oxygen solutions, with products used in polymerisation and oxidation-related applications. The company was founded in 1911, is headquartered in Pullach, Germany, employs more than 800 people, and operates nine manufacturing facilities and two warehouses across EMEA, the Americas and APAC. The transaction is subject to customary and regulatory approvals and is expected to close in Q4 2026. Terms were not disclosed.

(PRESS RELEASE) FRANKFURT / PULLACH, 7-Aug-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — Triton Fund 6, advised by Triton Partners, has signed an agreement to acquire United Initiators, a specialist manufacturer of active oxygen solutions, from funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe.

The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

Completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

It is also the seventh acquisition overall for Triton Fund 6.

Through the agreement, Triton Partners is further expanding its industrial technology investment portfolio with the addition of a long-established specialty chemicals business with global operations and a broad blue-chip customer base.
