Unilever to sell Unilever Life, its direct selling business in Thailand, to RS Group, a leading Entertainment and Commerce company in Thailand

(PRESS RELEASE) BANGKOK, 8-Feb-2022 — /EuropaWire/ — Unilever (LON: ULVR), multinational consumer goods conglomerate, has announced the sale of its direct selling business in Thailand, Unilever Life to RS Group, a leading Entertainment and Commerce company in Thailand.

Unilever Life is a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) direct selling business unit in Thailand, with a portfolio of three brands: Beyonde, Aviance, and iFresh.
