(PRESS RELEASE) MILAN, 22-Jul-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — UniCredit has launched UniCredit Unlimited Racing Team, a new interactive digital experience developed as part of its multi-year partnership with Scuderia Ferrari HP.

The platform is designed to bring fans closer to the world of Formula 1 by placing them in the position of motorsport decision-makers and helping them identify the team role that best matches their strengths.

Rather than focusing on technical motorsport knowledge, the experience asks participants to explore how they assess information, respond to pressure, work with others and make decisions in changing situations.

The digital journey begins with a bespoke introduction from UniCredit before moving to the circuit, where Scuderia Ferrari HP drivers Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc guide participants through the challenge and its core themes.

Through a series of racing-inspired scenarios, users reflect on qualities that are essential within a high-performing team. These include clear judgement, collaboration, discipline, curiosity and the ability to turn insight into action.

The experience concludes with a personalised Performance Leadership Profile, highlighting the qualities that shape how each participant thinks, acts and contributes.

The profiles reflect a range of mindsets, including strategic vision, performance drive, data-led judgement, disciplined control, collaborative execution and long-term perspective.

UniCredit said these profiles are intended to express individual strengths while drawing inspiration from the different capabilities that come together in any successful team.

UniCredit Unlimited Racing Team is available internationally and has been launched in all relevant Group languages, allowing participation across the UniCredit network.

Local UniCredit banks have also developed complementary themed offers and initiatives tailored to their respective markets and audiences.

The initiative forms part of “Bound by Passion. United in Excellence.”, the platform connecting UniCredit and Scuderia Ferrari HP through shared values of innovation, inclusivity, ambition and excellence.

Andrea Orcel, Group Chief Executive Officer of UniCredit, said success is never achieved alone but comes from people combining different skills and perspectives in pursuit of a shared objective.

“Unlimited Racing Team offers an unparalleled opportunity to experience first-hand the values, decisions and strengths that underpin a winning constructor,” said Orcel.

He added that the initiative reflects the ambition of the bank’s new strategic phase, UniCredit Unlimited.

According to Orcel, the project combines a unified pan-European strategy with local relevance, using digital innovation and personalisation to create more meaningful experiences for clients, fans and communities.

UniCredit said the launch demonstrates how sport, digital engagement and personalised experiences can be brought together to strengthen relationships with audiences across markets.
