(PRESS RELEASE) WAGENINGEN, Netherlands / LUDWIGSHAFEN, Germany, 8-Sep-2022 — /EuropaWire/ — BASF (ETR: BAS), the world’s largest chemical producer, has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary trinamiX GmbH, a leading provider of mobile spectroscopy, will have its high-performance hardware integrated into AgroCares’ next-generation Nutrient Scanner solution as part of a new  partnership announced today (September 8, 2022). AgroCares is a global ag-tech company delivering data-driven solutions for nutrient testing and the collaboration aims at offering next-generation solutions for onsite nutrient analysis. As part of the agreement, AgroCares will start this autumn to market the new solution as an upgrade to its portable Nutrient Scanner launched in 2018. Relying on near-infrared (NIR) technology and a connection to AgroCares’ global databases, the solution enables customers to determine the chemical composition of soils, feed and leaf.   

AgroCares has been delivering sophisticated data-driven solutions to measure nutrients and other key parameters in soil, feed and leaf on the spot within a few minutes. trinamiX has been driving advancements in mobile NIR spectroscopy, combining robust hardware with flexible software to enhance onsite decision-making across various industries.
