Forbes has recognized BAE Systems, Inc. as one of “America’s Best Employers for Women” for 2021, one of only 300 companies selected.

The evaluation of the companies has gone through an independent survey of 50,000 employees across two dozen industries, including more than 30,000 women.
BAE Systems, Inc. and its 33,000 U.S. employees are part of a global defense, aerospace, and security company with a skilled workforce of more than 87,000 in over forty countries. Approximately 25% of the company’s U.S. workforce is comprised of women.
