The deed of merger of Salini S.p.A. into Impregilo S.p.A. registered with the Companies Register of Rome and Milan

Milan / Rome, Italy, 11-12-2013 — /EuropaWire/ — Impregilo S.p.A., a company managed and coordinated by Salini S.p.A., wishes to announce that the deed of merger by incorporation of Salini S.p.A. into Impregilo S.p.A., filed on 3 December 2013 at the Companies Register of Milan and Rome, was registered, respectively on 4 December in the Companies Register of Rome and today in the Companies Register of Milan.

The process which led to the merger came to a successful conclusion with the latter of the above registrations in the Companies Register and the merger will be effective from 1 January 2014, the date from which the company will be known as “Salini Impregilo S.p.A.”.

The deed of merger was made available to the public today on the website www.impregilo.it under the section “Investor Relations – Salini Impregilo Merger” and on the new Group website www.salini-impregilo.com under the section “Investor Relations – Salini Impregilo Merger > Documents”.
