MOSCOW, 31-Mar-2017 — /EuropaWire/ — The European construction group STRABAG has been hired by AO Don-Stroy Invest – one of Moscow’s leading real estate developers for luxury apartments – to build the project “Living on Plushikha”. Until completion in mid-2019, STRABAG will build 202 turnkey residential units distributed over eight individual buildings. The construction volume amounts to a double-digit million Euro amount. “The residential complex is located in an attractive, historic district in the centre of Moscow near the New Maidens’ Monastery. The apartments cover a variety of different needs. The spectrum ranges from one-room apartments measuring 66 m² in size to seven-room apartments with 333 m² of space.
