All in all, STRABAG PFS will look after 234 Commerzbank locations, including branches, office and administrative buildings and a data centre.
FRANKFURT, 18-May-2018 — /EuropaWire/ — STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH (STRABAG PFS) has recorded another success in its sales campaign: Starting from 1 October 2018, it will perform technical facility management (FM) for numerous locations of Commerzbank AG, and in particular the 259-metre “Commerzbank Tower”, one of Frankfurt’s architectural landmarks.
This was preceded by the publication of the “FM-Modell 4.0” call for bids in 2017, in which Commerzbank divided its properties into 12 regions. STRABAG PFS was awarded the contract for the Nuremberg region (usable area approx. 62,000 m2), the Frankfurt region (usable area approx. 360,000 m2) and comdirect in Quickborn (usable area approx. 24,000 m2). All in all, STRABAG PFS will look after 234 Commerzbank locations, including branches, office and administrative buildings and a data centre.
The contract was concluded for six years until 31 December 2024 and the start-up phase is already in progress. The parties have agreed not to disclose the volume of the contract.
Dirk Brandt, Managing Director of Technical Facility Management at STRABAG PFS: “Commerzbank is a major customer for whom we have been performing technical FM services since 2013. We are delighted that they have recognised our price/performance ratio and technical expertise in awarding us this contract.”
