Steve Nicol named as new CFO of Wood Group PSN

ABERDEEN, 21-1-2015 — /EuropaWire/ — Steve Nicol has been appointed as chief financial officer (CFO) of Wood Group PSN (WGPSN). Effective February 2015, Steve moves into the role from his previous position as CFO of WGPSN’s UK operations.

Steve succeeds David Kemp in the role of CFO of WGPSN. David will take up the post of CFO of Wood Group following the retirement of Alan Semple in May this year.

Steve has more than 17 years’ oil and gas experience, joining the business in 1997. He has gained in-depth experience of reporting, auditing, mergers and acquisitions, and financial management and has been a key member of the WGPSN UK management team.

In his new position, Steve will focus on supporting WGPSN’s growth plans and look to deliver efficiencies across the business.
