Sky Sports will show 11 hours of live football programming this Sunday to celebrate the Capital One Cup Final

LONDON, 27-02-2015 — /EuropaWire/ — Sky Sports will show 11 hours of live football programming this Sunday including live coverage of the Capital One Cup Final from Wembley.

Sunday’s schedule begins with Sunday Supplement at 8.00am and continues with Goals on Sunday at 9:30am which will also enjoy the backdrop of the home of English football. Before the live broadcast of the Capital One Cup Final viewers can watch one of the biggest Premier League matches of the season as Liverpool play Manchester City at Anfield from 11.30am.

From 2.30pm, Sky viewers will be treated to extensive build-up from Wembley before the Capital One Cup Final kicks off between current Barclays Premier League leaders Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur at 4.00pm.  League Cup winners Thierry Henry and Jamie Redknapp join Glenn Hoddle in the Sky Sports studio to share their valuable insight.

Sky Sports analyst and 1995 League Cup winner Jamie Redknapp said: “This final has it all and I can’t wait to see Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur battle it out for the first major trophy of the English football season. There is nothing better than a domestic cup final, and with this one being a rematch of the 2008 final, Chelsea will be looking for revenge and Spurs will be looking to get another victory over their London neighbours. What a great way to get the business end of the season underway.”
