Skanska signs USD 150M contract to renovate and expand Riverside Community Hospital in Riverside, California, USA

New York, 16-9-2014 — /EuropaWire/ — Skanska has signed a contract to renovate and expand Riverside Community Hospital in Riverside, California, USA. The contract value is USD 150 M, about SEK 990 M, which will be included in order bookings for Skanska USA Building for the third quarter of 2014.

The project includes a seven-story, 27,000-square meter new tower. The renovation portion of the project consists of 2,800 square meters in the existing facility.

Construction has started and will conclude in February 2016.
