(PRESS RELEASE) STOCKHOLM, 30-Jan-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Skanska has been awarded a $450 million contract by the North Carolina Department of Transportation to rebuild the Lindsay C. Warren Bridge in Columbia, North Carolina. The project, valued at approximately SEK 4.9 billion, will be included in the company’s US order bookings for the first quarter of 2025.
The new bridge will feature a fixed-span, high-rise design and will be located just north of the existing 4.5-kilometer (2.8-mile) bridge.
