Skanska AB to reduce the total number of votes in the company by conversion of shares

(PRESS RELEASE) STOCKHOLM, 29-Jul-2022 — /EuropaWire/ — Skanska (STO: SKA-B), a world leading project development and construction group, has announced its intention to reduce the total number of votes in the company by having Series A shares converted into Series B shares. Holders of Series A shares of the company are now entitled to submit their requests to the company for conversion of their shares into Series B shares.

In conjunction with a conversion of shares, the company is obliged according to the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980) to disclose information concerning the change.

During July 2022, 931 Series A shares were converted to Series B shares at the request of shareholders. Accordingly, the total number of votes in the company thereafter totals 596,840,516.

The total number of registered shares in the company amounts to 419,903,072, of which 19,659,716 are Series A shares and 400,243,356 are Series B shares.
