Skanska AB Reports Conversion of Series A Shares to Series B Shares at Shareholders’ Request

(IN BRIEF) Skanska AB, a Swedish construction company, announces that 19,463 of its Series A shares were converted to Series B shares at the request of shareholders. The conversion of shares reduces the total number of votes in the company. The total number of registered shares in the company is 419,903,072, of which 19,633,781 are Series A shares and 400,269,291 are Series B shares. This information was disclosed in accordance with the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act.

(PRESS RELEASE) STOCKHOLM, 1-Apr-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — According to Skanska AB’s articles of association, holders of Series A shares are entitled to submit requests to the company for conversion of their shares to Series B shares. Such conversion reduces the total number of votes in the company.

In conjunction with a conversion of shares, the company is obliged according to the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980) to disclose information concerning the change.

During March 2023, 19,463 Series A shares were converted to Series B shares at the request of shareholders. Accordingly, the total number of votes in the company thereafter totals 596,607,101.

The total number of registered shares in the company amounts to 419,903,072, of which 19,633,781 are Series A shares and 400,269,291 are Series B shares.
