(PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 30-Apr-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Shiftmove has entered into an exclusivity agreement with Orange Business for the acquisition of Océan, the fleet management division of Orange Business. This acquisition will allow Shiftmove to further expand its European footprint, with a focus on enhancing digital fleet management services.

Océan currently supports thousands of corporate clients and public organizations across France, managing nearly 170,000 vehicles, trucks, and machinery. Shiftmove, formed from the merger of Avrios and Vimcar in 2023, aims to optimize the management of over one million vehicles across Europe. The acquisition of Océan will support Shiftmove’s vision and further bolster its commitment to transforming fleet management through AI and connected solutions.

The completion of the acquisition is subject to consultation with employee representatives, with the transaction expected to close by the end of 2025.
