(IN BRIEF) Schaeffler has expanded its smart lubrication portfolio with the launch of the FAG OPTIME C1 Pro, a fully electromechanical single-point lubricator designed to improve flexibility, system transparency and operational reliability in industrial applications. The new product joins the established OPTIME C1 and FAG OPTIME C4 lubricators and offers a running time of up to 24 months, pressure capacity of up to 15 bar, and three lubricant cartridge sizes of 60 cm³, 120 cm³ and 240 cm³, making it suitable for applications such as motors, pumps, ventilators and conveyor systems. Integrated into Schaeffler’s OPTIME Ecosystem, the device can be controlled through the OPTIME app, allowing users to suspend lubricant dispensing during maintenance work and avoid unnecessary lubricant consumption. The new FAG OPTIME C1 Pro joins Schaeffler’s established OPTIME C1 and FAG OPTIME C4 lubricators, which are designed to make smart lubrication systems simpler and more transparent.

Compared with the hybrid OPTIME C1, which operates using both electromechanical and gas-based principles, the FAG OPTIME C1 Pro is fully electromechanical.

This design opens up additional possibilities for use and control.

The new lubricator offers a running time of up to 24 months and a pressure capacity of up to 15 bar.

It is available with lubricant cartridges in three sizes: 60 cm³, 120 cm³ and 240 cm³.

These options allow the system to be adapted to different requirements across industrial settings.

Potential applications include motors, pumps, ventilators and conveyor systems.

The FAG OPTIME C1 Pro is also integrated into Schaeffler’s digital OPTIME Ecosystem.

Using the OPTIME app, users can suspend lubricant dispensing during maintenance work.
