MILAN, 30-Nov-2016 — /EuropaWire/ — Salini Impregilo is one of the Italian companies with the best online communication as its website www.salini-impregilo.com ranks sixth in the Webranking 2016 survey, rising from 12th place the previous year to join the top 10.
The research, developed by Sweden’s Comprend and conducted by Lundquist in Italy, reviewed the quality of online communication by 110 publicly listed companies in Italy and then ranked only 70 of them. Transparency and dialogue with stakeholders were two features that were prized in the review process. “It makes no sense to fill up a website with information if no reason is given for it,” says Sara Rusconi, a partner of Lundquist.
The improved ranking is the latest achievement by the website, described last year as the “Best Improver” by Webranking. It is also recognition of Salini Impregilo’s commitment and ability to communicate to all its stakeholders in a clear, efficient, regular and distinctive manner.
Salini Impregilo’s website talks less about the company than it does about the sector, establishing a link among our vision, the future of the sector and our activities around the world. It is a commitment that has worked, with the Group rising in its ranking from 37th in 2014 to sixth today. Among medium-sized companies, it is the leader.
The recognition from Webranking 2016 comes less than a month since the presentation of Salini Impregilo’s digital strategy to communicate in a distinctive way. During the press conference “Public Works Communication: Salini Impregilo Changemaker of Digital Communication” held on Nov. 3 at La Triennale di Milano, the Group presented the latest developments in digital communications, such as a revamping of its website, its “We Build Value” magazine, the launch of an accompanying app, and the introduction of innovative content for intranet.
