(PRESS RELEASE) COURBEVOIE, 11-Feb-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Saint-Gobain has successfully completed its acquisition of FOSROC, a prominent global player in the construction chemicals sector, as previously announced on June 27, 2024. FOSROC, known for its strong presence in India, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region, bolsters Saint-Gobain’s strategic expansion in construction chemicals, following similar acquisitions of Chryso, GCP, and OVNIVER (Cemix brand).
