Saint-Gobain Appoints Maud Thuaudet as Chief Financial Officer and Promotes Sreedhar N. to CEO of Asia-Pacific Region

(IN BRIEF) Maud Thuaudet has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Saint-Gobain Group, effective April 1, 2025. Thuaudet, who has been with Saint-Gobain since 2019, previously served as Vice President of Strategy and General Manager of the Saint-Gobain Glass business in France. In a separate move, Sreedhar N., the outgoing CFO, will transition to the role of CEO for the Asia-Pacific region, including Australia and New Zealand, and continue to serve on the Executive Committee.

(PRESS RELEASE) COURBEVOIE, 21-Feb-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Saint-Gobain Group has announced the appointment of Maud Thuaudet as Chief Financial Officer, effective April 1, 2025. Thuaudet will also join the company’s Executive Committee. Her appointment follows a successful tenure as Group Vice-President of Strategy, a position she took on upon joining the company in September 2019. Thuaudet subsequently took on leadership of Saint-Gobain’s Glass business in France, further honing her operational expertise.

Before her time at Saint-Gobain, Thuaudet built a diverse career at Thales, where she spent 13 years in various operational roles, both in France and India. Notably, she managed a key program to deliver a digital telecommunications satellite to the Egyptian government, which marked a significant achievement early in her career.

Effective April 1, 2025, Sreedhar N., who has served as CFO of Saint-Gobain for over six years, will move into a new role as CEO for the Asia-Pacific region, encompassing Australia, New Zealand, and Saint-Gobain India. Sreedhar’s new responsibilities will also include continuing his leadership role in overseeing the integration of CSR initiatives in the region. Despite the move, Sreedhar will remain a member of the Executive Committee and continue reporting directly to Benoit Bazin, Chairman and CEO of Saint-Gobain.
