Safran Maintains Diversity in Board Composition After Director Elections

(IN BRIEF) Safran has completed its employee director elections, re-appointing Christèle DEBARENNE-FIEVET and welcoming Ivan HARDOUIN for a four-year term starting November 20, 2023. Christèle DEBARENNE-FIEVET will continue her role in the Appointments and Compensation Committee, focusing on compensation matters. The board’s composition remains consistent, with 66.67% independent directors and 41.67% women.

(PRESS RELEASE) PARIS, 20-Nov-2032 — /EuropaWire/ — Safran (EPA: SAF), a French multinational aircraft engine, rocket engine, aerospace-component and defense company, announces that in adherence to legal procedures and Safran’s bylaws, the recent election process has resulted in the appointment of Directors representing employees. Christèle DEBARENNE-FIEVET has been re-appointed, and Ivan HARDOUIN will replace Hervé CHAILLOU, whose term has concluded. Their four-year terms commence on November 20, 2023.

The Board of Directors acknowledges the election outcomes and has chosen to re-appoint Christèle DEBARENNE-FIEVET as a member of the Appointments and Compensation Committee. Her role within the committee will continue to focus on compensation matters, as before.

The composition of the Board, including the proportion of independent Directors (66.67%) and the representation of women (41.67%), remains unchanged.
