Saab AB Announces Nomination Committee for Upcoming Annual General Meeting 2025

(IN BRIEF) Saab AB has announced the establishment of its Nomination Committee ahead of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for April 10, 2025, in Linköping, Sweden. The committee, formed based on the shareholder structure as of August 31, 2024, includes key members such as Marcus Wallenberg (Chairman of the Board), Daniel Nodhäll (Investor AB), Peter Wallenberg Jr. (Wallenberg Investments AB), Marianne Nilsson (Swedbank Robur Funds), and Anna Magnusson (Första AP-fonden). Representing approximately 52 percent of the voting rights, the committee is responsible for preparing proposals related to the Chairman of the Meeting, the Board of Directors, the Auditor, and their remuneration. The appointed members of the Nomination Committee include notable figures such as:
