Rovio Entertainment appoints Pekka Rantala CCO and Blanca Juti CMO

Espoo, Finland, 16-5-2014 — /EuropaWire/ — Rovio Entertainment is pleased to announce that Pekka Rantala will join its executive team as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) starting June 2nd.

Pekka Rantala has a solid track record with over twenty years of experience in sales and marketing of consumer brands across several industries, from technology to fast-moving consumer goods. Prior to joining Rovio, Pekka held various executive positions. At Nokia he was responsible for all worldwide go-to-market and marketing activities as SVP, Marketing. Before that he was responsible for Nokia’s business in Europe, Russia and former CIS countries as SVP, Customer and Market Operations. Most recently Pekka served as Managing Director of Fazer Brands and CEO of Hartwall, Finland.
