REXEL STRENGTHENS ITS COMMITMENT TO ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION CLIENTS WITH APPOINTMENT OF PIERRE ALLARD-COULUON

Paris, 30-10-2012 — /europawire.eu/ — Pierre Allard-Couluon has joined Rexel as Vice President, International Projects Group (IPG), Rexel’s dedicated team of specialists serving Engineering, Arocurement and Construction Companies (EPCs).

Initially based in Shanghai, Allard-Couluon will be responsible for developing Rexel’s service offering to EPCs across the globe, with a particular focus on the Oil & Gas, Mining and Power Utilities markets. He will report to Mitch Williams, Senior Vice-President Asia Pacific.

Allard-Couluon has held several senior positions in business development and sales roles focusing on the industrial as well as public sectors and brings with him extensive experience of working with EPCs.

Biography
Pierre Allard-Couluon, 39, joins Rexel from Alcatel-Lucent (formerly Alcatel), the global telecommunications equipment company, where latterly he worked as Head of Sales, North Asia, focusing on the EPC markets. He joined Alcatel in 2005 and has worked in several senior positions, including as Head of Pre-Sales and Tendering for the Asia-Pacific region. Allard-Couluon started his career in 1998 as a strategy and management consultant for BearingPoint.

Allard-Couluon graduated with a degree in Engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique and a second engineering degree in Telecommunication from ENST, both based in France.
