LUXEMBOURG, 26-Mar-2019 — /EuropaWire/ — Reinet Investments S.C.A. announces an update on its Share Buyback Programme for the period between 18 to 22 March 2019. The total number of shares repurchased were 205 980 ordinary shares and the transactions have been carried out on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
The average price achieved was ZAR 246.32 per share (highest price: ZAR 249.45; lowest price: ZAR 241.49) for a total consideration of some ZAR 50.74 million (€ 3.1 million), plus transaction costs. These shares were bought as part of the company’s share buyback programme which was announced on 6 February 2019.
1 626 233 ordinary shares is the total number of shares repurchased to date since the beginning of the share buyback programme while the total consideration paid is ZAR 371.30 million (€ 23.1 million), plus transaction costs.
