Regi Aalstad nominated for election to Geberit AG Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Geberit AG will nominate Ms Regi Aalstad for election to the Board of Directors at the 2016 General Meeting.

Rapperswil-Jona, Switzerland, 29-Feb-2016 — /EuropaWire/ — The Geberit AG Board of Directors will nominate Ms Regi Aalstad as a new member of the Board of Directors at the ordinary General Meeting on 6 April 2016. The nomination will be made within the context of succession planning, with Robert F. Spoerry having stepped down from the Board of Directors at the 2016 General Meeting.

Regi Aalstad is a member of the Board of Directors of the Telenor Group, operating in international telecom and digital services in Europe and Asia. She is also an advisory board member of a Swiss start-up company in digital health.

Regi Aalstad has over 25 years of international experience in fast moving consumer goods with industry leader Procter & Gamble in mature and world’s top growth markets. She has held several General Manager and Vice President positions for P&G in Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Asia in the Hygiene and Paper sectors. She was most recently Vice President of Baby Care CEEMEA (Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa).
