The Hong Kong branch of PAC was transferred on 1 January 2014 to two new Hong Kong incorporated Prudential companies, one providing life insurance and the other providing general insurance – Prudential Hong Kong Limited (PHKL) and Prudential General Insurance Hong Kong Limited (PGHK).
