(PRESS RELEASE) HAMBURG/BERLIN/COLOGNE, 20-Sep-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — PRK Peter Rieger Konzertagentur, based in Cologne, and DreamHaus, from Berlin, both subsidiaries of the CTS EVENTIM Group, are merging to form a new entity, PRK DreamHaus. The newly merged company will be co-led by current managing directors Klaus-Peter (Matze) Matziol and Matt Schwarz, with Tobi Habla joining as an additional managing director. The company will continue to operate from both its Cologne and Berlin offices with no changes to the existing teams.
