PNE Completes Second French Wind Project Transaction With JP Energie Environnement

(IN BRIEF) PNE Group has sold the ready-to-build Romescamps wind farm project in Hauts-de-France to JP Energie Environnement. The project consists of three wind turbines with a combined planned capacity of 10.8 MW. The sale is PNE’s second French transaction with JPEE. PNE France will continue supporting selected development activities after closing, while additional French projects remain in advanced development and sale stages.

(PRESS RELEASE) CUXHAVEN, 7-Jul-2026 — /EuropaWire/ — PNE Group has completed the sale of its 10.8 MW Romescamps wind farm project in northern France to JP Energie Environnement (JPEE).

The transaction covers a three-turbine project in the Hauts-de-France region that was developed by PNE France and brought to ready-to-build status. It represents PNE’s second project sale in France to JPEE.

During development, PNE applied value-engineering measures that enabled an increase in turbine height and expected electricity generation. Under a Project Development Agreement, PNE France will continue to provide selected development support to JPEE after completion of the sale.

Alaïa Advisory acted as adviser to PNE Group on the transaction.

Roland Stanze, Chief Operating Officer of PNE AG, said the sale reflects the quality of the group’s French development activities and its focus on advancing selected projects in core markets.

“The transaction demonstrates the consistent implementation of our strategy,” Stanze said. “We are concentrating on high-quality projects with attractive returns and, together with our partners, contributing to the expansion of renewable energy.”

Xavier Nass, Chief Executive Officer of JPEE, said Romescamps complements the company’s renewable energy portfolio and builds on the existing relationship between the two businesses.

PNE has continued to complete renewable energy project sales during 2026. Recent transactions include the 25.2 MW Bokel wind farm in Germany, a Polish wind project with planned capacity of 72 MW and a photovoltaic project in Poland of around 40 MW.

France remains a strategic market for PNE Group, which said further projects in the country are already at advanced stages of development and preparation for sale.
