(IN BRIEF) PATRIZIA has finalised an 81,000 sq ft pre‑let to Cleveland Clinic London at 40 Grosvenor Place for a new cancer centre opening in 2027. PATRIZIA manages €56 billion in real assets globally, €5.3 billion of which is in the UK.

(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 17-Jul-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — PATRIZIA, the global real‐assets investment manager, has secured a landmark pre‐let agreement with Cleveland Clinic London for 81,000 sq ft at 40 Grosvenor Place, where the healthcare provider will develop a cutting‐edge cancer treatment centre. This seven‐floor, purpose‐designed facility—slated to open in late 2027—will integrate systemic therapies, radiotherapy suites and comprehensive outpatient services, enhancing Cleveland Clinic’s UK presence and meeting rising demand for specialised clinical space in central London.

By embedding flexibility into both design and leasing strategies, PATRIZIA has ensured the building can accommodate Cleveland Clinic’s exacting clinical and technical requirements while preserving future adaptability. Christie Wright, Co‑Head of Investment Management at PATRIZIA, remarked, “This pre‑let underscores our ability to transform central London real estate into bespoke healthcare environments. Partnering with an occupier of Cleveland Clinic’s calibre not only elevates the asset’s long‑term value but also demonstrates our deep expertise in managing complex repositioning projects.”

Following this commitment, the remaining 81,000 sq ft of office space is now being marketed by Knight Frank and CBRE, with the full repositioning of the building due to complete by year‑end. PATRIZIA oversees more than €56 billion in assets worldwide, including €5.3 billion in the UK.
