Neste Oil’s Oil Retail business area reorganizing to improve customer service and enhance operations

To facilitate growth, we must be agile, improve our understanding of customers’ needs, produce a convenient customer experience, and boost our sales and marketing. To support these aims, we also need to streamline our organizational structure and operations,” says Antti Tiitola, Executive Vice President, Oil Retail Business Area.
Starting from 1 April 2015, the composition of the Oil Retail management team, headed by Tiitola, will be as follows: Annika Ahlholm (strategy), Sam Holmberg (network development in Finland and the Baltic countries), Mika Hyötyläinen (marketing and digitalization), and Panu Kopra (sales in Finland and the Baltic countries). Additional support and input will be provided by Oil Retail’s HR director, Business Controller and Head of Business ICT.
The new organization should be in place by early June.
