Norsk Hydro ASA now owns 1.33 percent of its own share capital following the latest transactions made as part of its share buy-back program

(PRESS RELEASE) OSLO, 10-Jan-2023 — /EuropaWire/ — Norsk Hydro ASA (OTCMKTS: NHYDY), a Norwegian aluminium and renewable energy company committed to a sustainable future, has announced an update on the status of its share buyback program and the transactions made as of 10 January 2023.

Overview of transactions:

Prior to the share buyback program Norsk Hydro ASA owned a total of 16 452 403 own shares. Following the above listed transactions, Norsk Hydro ASA owns a total of 27 417 403 shares, corresponding to 1.33% of Norsk Hydro ASA’s share capital.
